Annual assessments consist of a flat rate and a usage based rate. All 18 shares pay the same Individual Flat Rate Assessment. Only the active users divide up the calendar year expenses, based on the amount of water they used. This Active User Share is added to the Individual Flat Rate Assessment to get each individual’s Total Assessment.

Active Users divided up $7,074 of expenses for the year, based on the amount of water they used. This cost $0.20 for each 100 gallons. All active users have Zenner ultrasonic digital water meters, installed in June, 2023.
